President and co-founder of Ditmars Real Estate Consultants Inc., George has over 40 years of experience with the optimization and restructuring of business organizations and troubled real estate holdings in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Michigan and Indiana. Assuming a supervisory role, George directs and coordinates various levels of management, business professionals, and specialists to produce bottom-line results for the ownership. Serving previously as President of Crossland Savings Bank for several years, and continuously working on large commercial loan transactions, George is also intimately familiar with the complex nature of today’s commercial financing. George has helped provide the guidance necessary to navigate the Company, it investors, and third party clients to successful loan solutions.

An Officer of the Company, Argyrios has been in the practice of real estate and transactional law in New York for nearly a decade. Prior to his function as counsel with Ditmars Real Estate, he served as general in-house counsel to a real estate management firm worth in excess of $500mm. In addition to his position with the Company, Argyrios has operated a real estate and transactional law practice for several years. Argyrios graduated from Fordham Law School, and is a member of several local charitable and ethnic organizations which service the local community.

Joining the Company in 1992, Joyce exclusively manages the residential division of the Company’s assets and third party portfolios, and serves as the primary face of the Company’s routine tenant relations. Additionally, as the committed administrator and accountant of books and records, Joyce ensures the effective operation of the Company’s internal workings. Joyce is a licensed NY Real Estate Salesperson, and handles our property and rental listings. She also a Notary Public.
